Discovering a need for an extra Clerical Support mid-tax season in 2008, Crystal met and hired Ashleigh as a seasonal staff member. Ashleigh returned as a seasonal staff member the following tax season. Her tenacity, commitment and willingness to take on any task proved her to be a valuable asset and resulted in her joining the year-round team at the end of her second tax season.

Since joining C & V Income Tax Services, Ashleigh has completed with honours several income tax courses and now assists in the training of new Clerical Support and Administrative Support staff. Ashleigh has a thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act and can often be found assisting clients in a variety of roles: CSR, Receptionist or reviewing returns at Pick-up.
